Wales: Estimated delivery within 36 hours from dispatch

Rest of the UK: Estimated delivery within 72 hours from dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Responsibility for goods passes to you upon successful delivery.

7. In-Person Sales

Products purchased in person are subject to the same standards of quality and service. Proof of purchase may be required for after-sales support.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

9. Warranty

All products supplied by Next World Trade UK are covered by a 3-year warranty, commencing from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects arising from normal domestic use. It does not cover:

Improper use or maintenance

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, modification, or external factors

Proof of purchase may be required. This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
